delivery information
Ordering
We accept orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week online. Delivery days are Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be delivered on the next business day.
All orders received by 12pm will be shipped next day.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. We accept orders either on line, by phone (0411 224 372) . We will contact you to confirm your order once payment has been received and cleared.
Please ensure that all details are filled out correctly on the order form, and that you can be contacted on your phone number during business hours or your email address
Please note, your purchase will be processed as soon as funds have been received and cleared.
delivery in sydney
Please ensure you place your order by 9am for same day delivery in Sydney Metro, Campbelltown, Richmond, Wollongong & Central Coast. A delivery charge of $12 will apply. Courier rates will apply for deliveries outside of these areas.
delivery in NSW and interstate

On occasion there maybe circumstances when we are out of stock of a particular product, we will replace the item with a similar product of similar price and quality.
cancellation of orders
In the event that you would like to cancel your order, cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once payment has been received, cancellation of the order is at our discretion
returns and exchanges
While every effort is made to pack hampers safely and securely. If a hamper is damaged during the delivery process, please contact us immediately to organise a return and replacement.
